VP’s Teepees provides party and event rental supplies to the lower Hudson Valley and surrounding areas. From wedding venues to backyard BBQs, we have the equipment you need to make your plans come to life. Tents, tables, chairs, dinnerware, linens, appliances, grills and much more.  

Our Policies

​Please read our rental policies below for more information on payments, cancellations, installations, and more.

• We require a 30% deposit to reserve your order.
• A rental agreement must be signed to reserve your order.
• Balance due no later than 5 days prior to the event date.
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will surrender the deposit amount.
• Cancellations less than 5 days before the event will surrender 100% of the total.
• Installation area must be reasonably accessible or an excessive installation charge may apply.  
• Additional charges for losses or damaged product may apply.
• Excessive cleaning fees may apply for poor treatment of equipment.
• Must keep chairs, tables, linens, etc. stacked and kept under the tent or an excessive clean-up charge or an install fee will be applied on the day of pick up.
• Excessive cleaning fees may apply to any linens deemed extraordinarily dirty, molded, or damaged.
• Although we do not require a security deposit, an open major credit card must be available for security and cancellation purposes. 
• Installation area must be free of all utilities or they must be clearly marked.
