Through our online bookings we offer daily or week long rentals for a convenient way to book some of our core products. If you are interested in hosting a larger event, customizing your installation or renting for an extended period, please call or email us as we have many additional products, larger tents and a variety of options available.

The tent size depends on the number of guests, seating arrangements, and any additional space requirements. For small events, of 30 guests or less, a 20x20 is suitable. 20x30 for up to 50. 20x40 for up to 65.

We recommend booking your tent rental several months in advance, especially for peak event seasons. We may have last-minute availability, but it’s best to check with us as soon as you know your event date.

Extended rentals are available for all items. If you are interested in renting for more than a week please contact us by phone or email.

Tents can be installed on grass, asphalt, concrete, or even sand. It's recommend that the area be as level as possible for best functionality.
